I don’t track the popularity of happy hours, but I have a suggestion on late afternoon relaxation that could include a business conversation in the mix:  As the day winds down, and perhaps business carries you into the evening, take time to enjoy the awesome talents of jazz guitarist Robert Conti, now appearing
Monday through Friday from 5p.m. to 8p.m. in the Skylight Lobby Lounge of the Irvine Marriott Hotel.

A variety of appetizers are available to stave off the hunger pangs.  Recommended is the sushi, delivered to your table from the dining room sushi bar or, if you’re in the mood for sweets, the chocolate dessert plate.

As for Conti, he’s amassed an impressive portfolio of reviews from most major music critics in the U.S.  Known for his dazzling renditions, technical command and imaginative selections, Conti has been described as, “the greatest guitarist alive today.”
